Appointments
We will call you 2 days before your scheduled appointment to confirm. Should any of our designers know in advance that they will be running late for your appointment, we will try to reach you. Please make sure your personal information is updated and current. We request work and home phone numbers in case we need to contact you immediately.
Should you be running late for your appointment we would appreciate a phone call as soon as possible. At that time it can be determined whether or not you will need to reschedule. If you are later than 15 minutes for your appointment, we will try to accomidate you with another of our stylists or ask to re-schedule your appointment.
Messages
Colours utilizes a phone voice mail system. We will return messages throughout the day, so please leave a number where you can be reached. If you don't hear from us, please call again 303-447-0882.
Payments
Payment is due in full at the end of each appointment. Cash, Check, MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover are accepted. You will be charged in full for your contracted appointment even if you are running late and some or all of the service must be left out.
Cancellations
We have a 24-hour cancellation policy. Should you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please do so prior to 24 hours before your appointment. There is a $50 per hour fee charged for each missed, cancelled or rescheduled appointment with less than 24 hours notice.
Confidentiality of Information
We keep detailed records of the services performed, products purchased, and prices of goods and services. Please feel free to ask to see your records. This information is kept confidential and our client list is for Colours internal use only.
